Colton Haynes & Tyler Hoechlin Team Up in New Bodybuilding Biopic
‘Teen Wolf’ alumni Colton Haynes and Tyler Hoechlin are reuniting to star in a new film ‘Bigger’ about the two brothers, Joe and Ben Weider, who founded the modern bodybuilding and fitness industry.
According to Deadline, Hoechlin will portray the leading role of Joe Weider, who fought obstacles such as poverty and anti-Semitism in order to found the International Federation of Bodybuilding, along the way discovering the fitness legend Arnold Schwarzenegger. Here’s for comparison:

On the other hand, Haynes will play Jack LaLanne, a fitness icon in the early twentieth century. Here’s for comparison:

Playing Schwarzenegger is British bodybuilder Calum Von Moger, who, incidentally, looks like this:
Filming starts in November.
So basically making a gay man play a straight guy, AFTER the fact that he bashed hollywood on how they treated gay actor/actresses, and yet they’re pushing him back into the closet. BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I just looked up Jack LaLanne and he is not a feminine guy. He had two wives and the fact that Colton A super gay guy is playing a Manly man someone better just flush his career down the toilet and use the word Hypocrite to push him down.
You didn’t do enough research, Patrick. LaLanne was a very vocal homophobe.
Haynes has a chance to give a very personal perspective on the people he’s had to deal with during his life.
This is like saying people who are Jewish shouldn’t play Nazis. Yet John Banner played the bumbling Sgt. Shultz on Hogan’s Heroes. He was 28 years old when he had to flee the Nazis due to religious persecution. Yet he took the role and executed it to persuasion.
You could say Banner’s greatest role was his best revenge.
I’m interested in seeing if Haynes can do the same.
