Taylor Kitsch to Join ‘True Detective’?
Hollywood hunk Taylor Kitsch may be heading back to ‘HBO’ after starring recently in a career-defining performance in the telefilm, ‘The Normal Heart’.
Kitsch is rumoured to be in talks to star in the second season of HBO’s hit series, ‘True Detective,’ as the younger male lead, while Colin Farrell is also the leading candidate as his partner.
The critically-acclaimed series recently wrapped its first season, with Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson as its two leads.
While Kitsch’s last two movies, “Battleship” and “John Carter,” bombed in theatres despite its hefty budgets, the actor displayed solid chops on NBC’s “Friday Night Lights” and of course in HBO’s ‘The Normal Heart’ and recently, ‘The Leftovers’.
